COOKIE POLICY

Cookies, plainly

What we use, why we use them, and how you can control them.

Last updated: June 08, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Global Vextra AI Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit globalvextraai.com (the “Website”). It tells you what cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can control them.

We’ve kept this short and in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us at support@globalvextraai.com.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They let the site remember things like whether you’re signed in, what your preferences are, and whether you’ve consented to analytics. Some are essential — without them the site simply won’t work. Others are optional and only run if you say yes.

What we use

We use two categories of cookies and similar technologies. No advertising or marketing cookies. No third-party advertising trackers. No data sold to advertisers.

Essential cookies (always on)

These keep the Website working. They handle sign-in sessions, security, fraud and abuse prevention, and remembering your cookie banner choice. You can’t turn these off because the site genuinely won’t work without them. Specifically:

  • Firebase Authentication — keeps you signed in and protects your account.
  • Cloudflare — protects the site from bots, abuse, and attacks; helps the site load reliably; and supports our fraud and security monitoring.
  • Cookie banner state — remembers whether you’ve accepted or rejected analytics, so we don’t ask you again every page.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

These only run if you click “Accept analytics” on our banner. They help us understand how the product is used so we can improve it. Specifically:

  • PostHog (EU-hosted) — anonymous usage analytics. We use this to see which features people use, where they get stuck, and what to improve. Your data is processed in the EU.

If you click “Reject analytics”, none of these run. You can change your mind at any time by clearing cookies for our site and reloading.

Security and abuse prevention

We use the essential cookies above (particularly Cloudflare) to detect and prevent abuse of the Website, such as bot traffic, credential-stuffing attacks, and suspicious sign-up patterns. We may also use technical signals like IP address and request patterns for the same purpose. This processing is necessary to keep the service available and secure for everyone, and we rely on our legitimate interest under GDPR (Article 6(1)(f)) to do it.

When you make a payment, our payment processor (Stripe) runs its own fraud detection on the transaction. You can read more in Stripe’s own privacy documentation at https://stripe.com/privacy.

How to control cookies

You have three ways to control cookies on our Website:

  1. Use our banner. When you first visit, you’ll see a consent banner with “Accept analytics” and “Reject analytics”. This is the simplest way.
  2. Use your browser. All major browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Here are direct links for the most common ones:
  3. Email us. If you have questions or want to exercise data rights under UK GDPR or EU GDPR, email support@globalvextraai.com.

Blocking essential cookies will break the site (you won’t be able to sign in). Blocking analytics cookies is completely fine — the site works the same.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we add a new processor or change how we use an existing one. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change. If we make material changes, we’ll do our best to make this visible.
